Le Hasselbach sono un modo originale per gustare le patate.<\/p>\n

Regine dei tuberi, le patate sono ricche di vitamina C<\/strong>, efficaci nel limitare i danni causati dai radicali liberi. Ricche di potassio<\/strong> sono\u00a0un ottimo aiuto contro l\u2019ipertensione.<\/p>\n

Le patate sono alimenti energetici e disinfiammanti<\/strong> dell\u2019apparato digerente.<\/p>\n

Ingredienti per 6 persone<\/h4>\n
    \n
  • 12 patate piccole<\/li>\n
  • olio EVO sale, pepe<\/li>\n
  • rosmarino, timo<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Procedimento<\/h4>\n

    Lavare bene le patate con una spazzola, senza sbucciarle.<\/p>\n

    Praticare dei tagli fino a \u00be della patata stessa. Sistemarle in una teglia coperta di carta da forno, spennellare con olio EVO, salare, pepare e cospargere con un po\u2019 di rosmarino tritato.<\/p>\n

    Infornare in forno preriscaldato a 220\u00b0 per circa 45 minuti o comunque finche la buccia non sar\u00e0\u00a0dorata e croccante.<\/p>\n
